Involving People

The NHS belongs to us all.  Listening to what people say about local health and care services helps us to understand what people need and want. Taking a wide range of views into account means that we can develop high quality health and care services that meet local needs and expectations.

We are committed to ensuring that people’s needs are at the heart of everything we do. Your views really matter to us. The feedback we receive will contribute to the further improvement of local health and care services.

This section gives us the opportunity to share what engagement and consultation activity has taken place, what people have told us and what’s happened as a result of people sharing their experiences and the feedback that they have given. You can also read about our principles and processes for involvement, how you can get involved and lots more.

The website is updated on a regular basis and provides information to the public.  We will inform our plans to involve people, raise awareness of any engagement activity and/or consultations and also opportunities to become involved.  We also regularly report on the outcomes of all engagement activity and consultations.
