Emotional support available for people affected by flooding
There are a number of options available for people experiencing emotional distress following the floods brought on by Storm Ciara.
However distress is usually temporary; if it persists into the longer term and develops into prolonged symptoms such as continuous low mood or sadness, or feelings of hopelessness and helplessness, there are services that can help:
