2013/14:         Referral data for the Tier 2 and Tier 3 service was reported as one for 2013/14 by South West Yorkshire                          Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, consequently the CCG does not hold this information for Tier 2.

2014/15:           Referral information was held by SWYPFT up until the end December 2014, consequently the CCG does                          not hold this information for Tier 2.

                       Jan to March 2015, there were 171 referrals to Tier 2.
