Improving services

After you have received a response to your complaint, the CCG may want to use your case to help improve the quality of services and to monitor how well we dealt with your complaint.

We will keep your information nameless to ensure your personal details are not shared with anyone else.

If, for any reason, we need to share your information, we will always ask for your consent to do so.

If you make a complaint and are not happy with the outcome

If you are not happy with your complaint response please tell us why you are not happy.

We will work to try again to help you to resolve your concerns. This may include providing you with a further written response to your complaint.
