Findings reports of engagement and consultation activity
As part of our process for delivering any engagement activity and formal consultations we will always write a report of findings. The documents will provide information about the activity, insight, methods and approaches as well as information about what people have told us and what we are doing as a result of the feedback.

We follow a set of guidance from NHS England to make sure that the reports are accessible and meaningful. As part of our governance process, the annual statement of involvement is received at the CCG Governing Body and Annual General Meeting (AGM).
