1. Are the written progress reports to the CCG made by Healthwatch/VAC (in respect of its contract to set up various voice networks publicly available upon request?
The CCG provides a grant to VAC which is a contribution to their overheads, enabling them to provide support to the third sector in order to deliver the CCG’s strategic priorities.
The Grant provides the basis for ensuring that the provider supervises the project effectively working with any steering group, project team or other group as detailed in the Project Description and will produce an annual report for the Project. The Annual Report for 15/16 will be publically available in the next 4 weeks. Before the funding ends the Provider will produce a final report setting out the achievements of the Project and explaining how these will be taken forward.
VAC provides quarterly performance reports to the CCG.
2. How many of said reports have been sent in the year directly preceding 15.1.16?
There are four reports which we are happy to provide.
3. Please clarify how received opinions/concerns/suggestions at the various voice networks – in respect of sundry topics presented – are fed back to Calderdale CCG for actioning/note.
VAC will routinely raise any issues or concerns about the delivery of the grant during quarterly review meetings. It is worth confirming that this grant is predominantly focused on VAC supporting the development of the capacity and capability in the third sector rather than providing direct engagement work.
