Information on Commissioning Managers (1516242)

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to know the following information with regards to each of your Commissioning Managers:

1. Their Job Title:

Head of Service Improvement x1
Continuing Healthcare Manager x1
Senior Service Improvement Manager x1
Programme Managers – Service Improvement x2
Project Managers– Service Improvement x3

2. Their Commissioning Intentions for the next 6 months (brief overview)

Please find attached the ink to the 5-Year Plan which can be found at: https://www.calderdaleccg.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/CCCG-5-Year-Strat-V21-1.pdf and the 1-year plan which is attached.

3. What projects, if any, they intend to use external resource for (e.g. Needs Assessments, Service Redesign, Feasibility, GAP Analysis). This is required even if the answer is “none”

Needs Assessments are undertaken by the Public Health team at Calderdale Council; Business Intelligence and benchmarking are undertaken by commissioning support on the CCG’s behalf. There may be other ad-hoc instances where an external resource is used, but the majority of the service improvement work is undertaken in-house.
