Access to Read only SWYPFT Mental Health Records
SWYPFT mental health records can now be read in exactly the same way as District Nursing and other community team records. This facility is currently only available until 30/9/20 as part of the covid19 response but hopefully it will prove very useful and the IG sorted out to enable it to be made permanent. Details from Dr Caroline Taylor are available to download below.
Covid pathology results in SystmOne
Following the Maintenance Release on Thursday 11th June, GPs will begin receiving pathology results for patients tested for COVID-19. This will happen through two mechanisms:
Results from ongoing testing will be sent from the lab and automatically filed into records in most cases.
Historical results from before the change is enabled will be uploaded into the system in bulk. These will all file automatically.
There is no requirement on GPs to take any action for these results, other than where ongoing results could not be matched to a patient and therefore need to be filed manually.
Please see the following user guidance and the COVID-19 Primary Care Bulletin for more information and background to this work. TPP will post further notices when the functionality has been switched on, and when any bulk uploads have taken place.
EMIS Web: Unable to send documents to certain EMIS Web organisations
IM&T have become aware of an error that can occur when trying to send documents to certain other EMIS Web organisations. :- Attempting to use the Send Document option within Care Record Documents to send a document to an external organisation can cause an error to appear in EMIS Web: “The document(s) failed to send, please try again later.”
