Remuneration to VAC (1516188)

1. Can you please inform me of the sum financial remuneration Calderdale CCG paid to Voluntary Action Calderdale for the year April 2014 – April 2015?

The commissioning budget for 2014/15 and 2015/16 is set out below

2. Can you list the contractual services Calderdale CCG commissioned of said organisation over the same period and provide an itemised breakdown of remuneration in this respect?

Please see above. Please also note that there are 5 strands to the grant which the provider has to use to deliver a set of agreed outcomes. The Provider must also spend the funding solely to pay for the delivery of the Project, ie:

a) Recruitment and induction of the Project staff.
b) Staff will be employed by the Provider and the Provider will be solely responsible for income tax and National Insurance Contributions.
c) Relocation and/or removal expenses.
d) Start-up costs (unless included in any Case of Need).
e) Administrative/Secretarial support unless included in any Case of Need)
f) Equipment required to setup and run the Project.
g) Travel and accommodation costs for staff employed by the Provider.

3. Can you please detail the equalities expectation specified in said contracts.

The Grant Agreement specifies that
“The Provider will have a written Equality and Diversity procedure and will comply with all requirements of NHS Calderdale [CCG] in relation to Equality and Diversity”.
