The Open Minds Partnership

Mental health and wellbeing services for children and young people in Calderdale are delivered by a number of organisations that make up the Open Minds Partnership.

Partner organisations work closely to offer personalised care that meets each young person’s needs; not to provide a standardised service.

Young people should only have to tell their story once before receiving the help and advice they need to help them reach their goals.

For more information on the services available in Calderdale and details on accessing them, visit www.openmindscalderdale.org.uk
