The purpose of the engagement is to gain views and involve young people aged between 12-25 years old to understand their experience of local GP practices.

By gathering views, young people can tell us what else we need to do to ensure that the CCG can provide information to GP practices to ensure that young people are supported in the right way.

The information will be used to identify any service improvements and access to GP practices.

In addition the engagement will specifically focus on the support that LGBTQ young people receive when they visit their local GP practice and identify any service improvements required.

This engagement is delivered by Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Group , Barnardo’s Positive Identities Service and Voluntary Action Calderdale.

The deadline for this engagement has been extended until Monday 17 June
