NHS Calderdale Clinical Commissioning group ceased to exist on 1 July 2022.

We have moved into a new organisation called NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.

We continue to work with health and care colleagues in Calderdale to improve the health and wellbeing of local people as part of Calderdale Cares Partnership.
