Important Information Concerning This Meeting

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency, the meeting of NHS Calderdale CCG’s Governing Body will be live streamed on our CCG website.

Participation on the day will not be possible however the public are welcomed to submit questions concerning items on the meeting agenda up until 5pm on Tuesday 26 October 2021 to calccg.committee@nhs.net.

Members of the public who submit a question will receive a written response.

The meeting agenda, papers can be downloaded below. Following the meeting, a decision notice will be available on the website.

Please note that some papers are not accessibly compliant documents, but the CCG is working towards making these more accessible. The information can be supplied in accessible format on request.
